Tips for making a mane grow?

So I think that I am going to try and grow out the pony's mane and see how that looks, I want to go for the fairytale pony approach aha! I have been using Mega-tek to help the growth however I was wondering if anyone else had any tips?

Time and ensuring your horse has good nutrition.

Flax seed - Promotes healthy hair growth.

Biotin - An important vitamin required for both the production and growth of all cells in the body, it is particularly vital for healthy hair.

ALl 4 of my gang have long manes and tails. In the summer I brush the frequently and shampoo once a fortnight.

I don't use Mega-Tek.

Do post a photo when you have achieved the result.

Hi texel i too would like to improve my horses mane. What products do you use and what sort of daily routine do you follow, and how do you keep their mane's nice over winter when wearing rugs? Thanks
