Megatek - you can get it from Horsehealth - is very good or a cheaper but messier version is to put vegetable oil on the shoulders as the bib then runs across that and helps stop any rubs. Seriously messy though but was told to me by a proper old horse man (well woman) and did help.

My mare is extremely sensitive so she has a bossybib on and I put coat shine or mane and tail on her shoulders most days which helps too 
. Mind it still hasn't solved the problem completely but does help .

Roma do a bib exactly the same design as the Bossy Bibs, but instead of being £20 its £7! and has lasted me a year now as is still as good as new.

Another vote for Bossy Bibs. I have found if you wash bib regularly it avoids grease build up, and bib then slides across shoulders rather than rubbing.
