I am new on here, but I hope someone can help please?!!
I am trying to contact Titan Trailers based a bit north of Carlisle, despite emailing them on their 'contact us' page, and frequent telephone calls and leaving messages, I cannot contact them!

Does anyone know if there is another dealer - preferably further south lol! Or anything about the company or even better have any experience of the trailers - good or bad - ??

Many thanks in advance

The original Titan trailer co. no longer exisits. The other ones I could'nt get hold of either and they appear to be heavy trailers. A similar trailer is the Pegasus trailer built to order by Wessex Trailers in Hampshire/Dorset who are happy to discuss your needs, last time I enquired about one of their bespoke trailers with living I think it would have been about £11k.

Many thanks for that info! I will contact Wessex Trailers on the off chance but I need a trailer to carry 3! I have a Discovery so the weight is no probs, and the new Equitreks are very badly made!! I have an old one at the mo which is fab, but it only carries 2
Many thanks for your help anyway

I have a Wessex treble trailer, love it, build similarly to the old version of Ifors. It's a solid and spacious trailer and not too heavy either, tows well behind my Landy 90. Cost me about 6k from a dealer new. The pegasus ones can be built to any spec I think, with or without living.

I tried to contact them a few years ago and didnt get a respsponce either!
Fautras do a nice 3 horse herringbone as do Cheval Liberte, I fancied their 4000 series a few years ago as more my price range but worried about the build quality.

Didn't like the CL trailers, poor build quality, certainly wouldn't rate one with three on board! Fautras were far too expensive for me!

If you are needing a trailer to carry 3 and are not fussed for living have a look at Ifor Williams 510XL or 610. It would be my trailer of choice if I could afford it. I have been cheeky at shows and asked people if I could have a look at theirs. They seem very vesatile and can carry horses in a variety of ways. Would carry 3 or in the caes of the larger one 4 herringbone, and they have two ramps. I am fairly sure that a disco would pull it with ease.

I have an Ifor Williams 610 and love it! I bought it for my son to carry his polo ponies - we've had 4 x 15 hh on board - although I was a lot happier when carrying just three which we have done quite a bit. My son now has access to big lorries so I use it for my two eventers and love it - loads of space, can move the partitions to whatever suits and when I go eventing I have loads of space up front for all my stuff, getting changed and even putting the front ramp down and sitting inside just out of the rain and watching the world go by! It just doesn't have the living stuff fitted but that would add to the weight so it suits me just fine!

Many thanks for all the input - How long have Titan Trailers been in the UK?
I thought they were relatively new, but obviously I am wrong!!
Are they part of the US Titan Trailer Co?

I do need living, and as our 3rd pony to travel this year is a stallion (pony)
I don't think it would be ideal to have the configuration of 2 facing one way and the 3rd facing back in the 'Y' if you follow me

In an ideal world, I would go back to a horse box, but husband isn't very keen as he has just treated me to an almost new Discovery!! To be fair, we do need a 4x4 where we live anyway, and my old Shogun was having its heart pulled out by the Equitrek lol!!
