Titchy Small Nosebleed

Hi All Just wondered if anybody had experiance with a VERY SMALL nosebleed. Same nostril. At first I saw it after a hard days work - mainly jumping, and was worried about fitness (although in my mind he was absolutely fit enough to do what he was doing). Tonight after lunging, it happened again. Not fitness related as he is certainly fit enough to lunge as we were tonight!
The amount of blood will be no more than a pin prick, but i worry a lot. Vet is out for jabs next week, but just wondered what you guys though. Thanks

I had this with my little mare just before a one day event booked her straight in at vets and had her scoped,then excercised her and scoped her again vet found the tiniest broken blood vessel which was causing her nose bleed he advised no treatment and she went on to do her ode with no ill effects and has not had one since. Try not to worry too much and speak to your vet
