Tixerant girth- probably a stupid question

I genuinely don’t know how to clean it is it part leather? It smells like leather but then read someone put theirs in the washing machine… I’m going to list it for sale so need to have it presentable. Please help!

I think that too- so would just just wash the material part in a bucket or similar, clean the leather as usual and leave you dry naturally?

Mine go into the washing machine, and then apply leather dressing to the leather one dry.

I've had them for years and they are just fine.

I wash the material part by hand and look after the leather as I would my other tack.
