Where do those with a lot of hair buy their helmets?
My helmet size is about 63/64cm Im considering trying to squeeze into 62cm since I've looked almost everywhere with no results!

I have thick hair and a big head. People say 'its the hair' but it's both

Bit trickier finding places stocking my size but why 'squeeze' into a smaller size?

Please do not use a helmet that does not fit. You've only got one head and it needs protecting properly, they're designed to be sized as they are for good reason.
Stockists can order in larger sizes if they don't routinely carry them or you could speak to brand reps directly for help sourcing, if you know what brands work best for you.

I ride in a 63cm hat (not because of hair - simply size of head) - 63cm is a standard size though not widely stocked. I see that currently Hope Valley have some in stock - but remember each 9obrand has slightly diifferent shape. If youre unsure which brand suits you - probably worth having a chat with your local tack shop to see whether they can order for you.
