To all the nice people who have given me advice and sympathy over the last few days, especially last night, a quick Maiden update:
I took the bandages off this morning and her right leg is 99.5% normal again. Less heat in both feet than yesterday, though the left one is now hotter than the right. She's still not standing properly on the left either. I gave her her bute, cold hosed and put on the magnetic boots I bought at Badminton yesterday. She is also a smidgen more sound. Still fairly happy out in the field grazing quietly. So I decided not to call the vet, hopefully she will not get any worse before Tuesday and I will call 9am Tues morning for my vet to come out.
