She said that 'due to demand and the rising prices of cotton' that they are discontinuing the freestyle range, and just switching to the original range, to which I replied that I want that nice big tail flap!!
She then said that she sympathises as she too loves those big tail flaps, but apparently they were getting more and more expensive, and they couldn't keep the prices within their 'range'.
I then said that I would be more than happy to pay that little bit extra, but was told that I'm in the minority!!

As an aside, even with them becoming more expensive to produce, the nearest comparisons on quality and design would be (IMO) Rambo, which are around double the price!
 
I have always rated W/b rugs, but we bought a new horse last year and on the strength of the W/b t/o being the only rug to fit her properly bought her a new stable rug - the Highgrove, which seemed to be towards the top end of the range. In all reality I should have sent it back, but I wanted it and was determined to convince myself it would fit, and it really didn't. She wore it for about 2 weeks, it rubbed her shoulders, I have now washed it and will be putting it on that well-known auction site! Back to the drawing board.............
