It sounds like you should definitely go for it. But perhaps find something that already does stuff -- rather than a baby or a project.

He really caught my eye, infact ive been reading the freisan thread here lots and learning more about that breed - all very interesting
You'll need some stamina to get through all of it.
That is a beautiful horse though.

I think it sounds like you are ready to return to owning a horse again. I really feel for you and you are so honest about how you feel that I really hope you can find something nice to have a good time riding on again. I'd love to know how you get on. Wishing you all the luck x

Sooo.... Today I decided to go take a look.... and tomorrow I go to try some out
Im very excited - however also keeping a level head. I found a beautiful irish draught type, real sweet heart. Ill take some pics tomorrow. I also visited my 5th livery yard today
they must be getting sick of me and my questions! 
but this one truly seemed awesome, and just 5 mins from my dads
