To move yards or not to move yards?

Basically I just wanted people's opinions about what to do if they were in my situation.

I have been at my yard since 2001 and my current horse arrived in 2004 so we have both been there a while. The yard itself is lovely with amazing off road hacking and a big indoor school and he has a really nice stable. However the other liveries aren't the nicest all of them! And due to recent veterinary advice she needs a smaller field to graze in as ours are massive. After speaking to my yard I feel as though they're not going to be as helpful as I had hoped with this. I pass my yard on the way to work which is great as she is on diy.

For a year or so to help pay for various odds and sods I have been helping out at another yard. All of the liveries are really nice. They do have restricted grazing. The school however is smaller and outdoors and the hacking requires roadwork. However they would be more willing to help out. But it is not as convient in the week for me to get there before work- still doable just requires slightly earlier mornings! They would help if I wanted to not go before work however I do like to do him myself as I have done so for 12 years.

Just wondered what people would do in my situation. Would you move or would you stay?

The other thing is my current yard has people on site 24/7 where as the new one wouldn't.

Well firstly, I would never, ever stable a horse without someone living on site.

Secondly, what's the reason for needing a smaller field?

Vet recommends restricted grazing as I've had lameness issues recently which we believe are spiralling from lamenetic damage from before I had her
