THANK YOU!!!

It made so much sense to me. I have ALWAYS struggled with jumping and never been able to find my balance but this made me realise exactly what I was doing wrong and what I needed to work on. I've jumped twice since then and it's made a massive difference.

I can't remember who said it, but whoever it was, thank you - you've helped me so much!
