I don't have any experience but would be interested if you do find anything out. I have seen a nice looking horse advertised, but my not had any luck finding out a bit more about their reputation. (Other than they didn't call me back when I enquired which I do find a little off putting)

Not heard of them before. Have they been around long? I'd google the individual name, telephone number and email and see if you get any hits. Dealers will sometimes change their company name but their personal details can be revealing.
