Checked her in at the AHT yesterday afternoon, and Sue Dyson had a look at her and decided to xray both hocks and both shoulders. Apparently the second most common cause of front limb lameness (behind foot related problems) in minis, shetlands and little ponies is shoulder dysplasia
Fortunately both her shoulders are fine *phew!* but she does have arthritic changes/osteoarthritis in both hocks, which we thought was the case anyway (Rhind had already been xrayed).
So, she's having a bone scan today, hopefully we'll then know what's going on. I've got to ring tomorrow morning to discuss the results and where to go from there.
She's loving the most enormous fluffy shavings bed in her stable, she was busy rooting through the banks (which are nearly as big as her!) when I left last night
