Headed off to a diff yard today with a friend who had a lesson booked, so decided to tag along just for a bit of fun as my own mare had a pretty intense lunging session this morning so wasnt going to ride her tonight..Spent the entire lesson having to have strong leg on all the time & had to kick on constantly everytime we moved up a gear - she was so dead to the leg it was unreal. Head stuck in the air & got told off for sponging to encourage her into a contact
bold me!So I really appreciate my extremely leg responsive active Mare that little bit more & do realise how lucky I am to be in a position to own her
Just needed a kick up the backside to realise this!
