Today I saw... *head desk warning -be prepared to inflict some pain!*

Funny this thread should be here...I was just going to ask if you could wear them on the back! I bought these fab ones for Ned and purely for more visibility, I wanted some for the hinds too.

Note: I was just trying them on him, he doesn't wear them, or brushing boots in his pen/field!

Just read through the thread and would like to add that when on narrow tracks I can't turn my horse around to go back to a passing place as he's a terrible napper and if I turn around and start to head back, I'll never get him going forward again :( I do try and explain this to cars, and also explain that if they just budge to one side of the lane then I can go by them, but some people are just to grumpy to listen to me :(

So maybe the man also had a meathead horse who tries to canter on the road if he's turned around :( xxx

I bought two pairs of OR boots, so that my mare can wear a pair on the back as well when she is travelling. This is because she managed to make a big dent in one back hoof with the heel of a shoe, even though she had travel boots on!

I use OR boots on the hind legs for polo, polocrosse, leading if one horse has tendency to stand on the other, or if someone was intending to use my horse as brakes. They are great for travelling too.
