Today in the garden..doggy pests!!

It's late and im bored......so thought I would post pics of the dogs being pests today during trying to build new kennels, basically sliding all over the wood and pestering OH

This is my kennel.......when it has sides and a roof....even though I live indoors

I wonder if we can break into the cattery round the back?

Those chicks don't stay at home either, they live with the horse when they are big enough to survive the rats eating them

Gorgeous!!! Nosy pups, looking relaxed being pains in backside and generally calling the shots!!!! LOVE IT!!!
and made me giggle seeing the Akita... There was a moron who lived near us when Haz was a pup and told us we were not allowed to walk past his house on the public pavement with Haz as we were deliberately 'taunting' his Akita and it was a fighting dog that would attack any other dog!!!
Looks like yours is ready to pounce!!!! (NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!)

Friend of a friend took in a rescue l/h akita earlier this year. Poor things coat was so matted he had to be clipped out, so resembles a short hair at the moment, he too has a lovely laid back temperament.

I hate it when people talk like that "keep away from my fighting machine"

I like people to know their capabilities, but also to allow them to interact and become as sociable as the next dog, they are indeed a natural dominant breed, but they also love the chance to hoon around and play, well Harley does

she is by far the most lethargic, laid back bone idle dog I have ever come across

I have a more than the ones in the picci, fudge the little brindle x breed, the border terrier and short coated akita are boarding with me, the rest are mine, minus my deerhound who was hiding in the old kennel, my 16 year old whippey x greyhound who was in bed

and rufus my little shaggy x breed and tia my staffi x greyhound x whippet they where both in the doggy room sleeping

I have 9 all together

Funnily enough the dogs never bother the flowers, I do have the usual urine stained lawn though

Long coated akitas do take immense amounts of maintainance

, I wish people would think about that b4 taking them on.
