OK here in North Kent from 0415hrs until about 1015hrs. Then crawling remorselessly back up. Now too hot for me, but the cat is loving the breeze on his fat belly!

Had some horrid flies this morning when I was riding at 5.30am; don't usually get the dang things buzzing round us looking for a place to pitch at that hour --- and we've not experienced their visitation during the hot weather, so their presence was a surprise.
