Today Little Jockey Rode my Crazy TB........

And he was an absolute star

They really put a smile back on my face and cheered me up no end

Charlie can be spooky, nappy, sharp and fresh but today (apart from two spooks) he was an angel. Little Jockey is (a small) 12 year old!

I was a nervous wreck at first

They started off with a little trot

And finished by jumping this

I think it's just under 2'9"

It's amazing, I think the horses sometimes know that they HAVE to behave! My TB sounds very similar to your, i.e. he can be fresh and spooky! However I've had my friends children ride him, ages between 3 and 9 and he has always looked after them, I think he even enjoys it as he just gets to plod along and have fun! Loving little jockey though! x

JB - It took a few attempts to actually get him to walk on, don't think he could feel her little legs

Once he realised what she wanted though he was fine!

I think I was more nervous then she was

Pno - It's funny how they change like that isn't it, he wasn't a plod for her at all but he wasn't as sharp as he usually is. He spooks a couple times but that was about it!


SU - It would take a hell of a lot for her to loose her nerve, oh to be young and fearless
