Well my list of fun things to try with Kasper can now have side saddle ticked off!
Took a trip to a local equestrian centre to participate in their 'have a go side saddle' clinic.
We warmed up astride in a normal saddle then they fitted a side saddle to Kasper and we had a lesson aside.
It is really really weird to start with but you soon get used to it and you actually feel very secure.
Would defo recommend it for anyone who fancies it.
Have to say the hardest part was remembering not to try and rise when coming back to trot from canter, that caught me out a few times
