I rode today for about 30 minutes, and my toes went numb.

Yup.
Either your shoes are too small or your tootsies were too cold.
Or you had changed your leg position and were sitting on a blood vessel you don't usually sit on.

yeah, it happens to me quite a lot. sort of feels like my toes are stuck through a (non existent) hole in my sock. i get numb fingers too from time to time, mostly my little finger and ring finger on my right hand. my mum gets carpal tunnel, don't know if that has anything to do with it. but nothing's dropped off yet so i assume it's ok!

Somewhat similar happened a friend of mine on a long ride .
It was because she was quite tense and jamming her heels down as a security thing .
Maybe not what happened to you but you may have made some minor change in footwear or clothing which caused it.

Errm boots fit perfectly, only thing is, i couldnt seem to get comfortable so rode a bit longer than usual (only a hole)??

You should see your GP to be on the safe side. Numbness can be symptomatic of many things, some harmless, others serious. Better to err on the side of caution.
