We need a loo at the yard and i have been trying to get a porta loo or similar. The same sort as you get at shows etc usually blue though i dont care about the colour as long as its clean

We had this dilemma....the yard has plenty of "crouch" spots so always got along quite nicely ourselves, but when people visit such as 72 year old mother, its not quite as easy!

We bought a new portaloo from ebay for our lorry, approx £60 in two separate bits, the top full of water and chemical, and bottom is empty and it has bit in between once you have "flushed" you can separate the old from the new so to speak!!

Its not bad at all but would not leave more than 2 weeks before emptying or its gets pongy!!

Or if you want something more posh!!

Our Riding Club bought 2 of the 'tardis type' porta loos. Have you tried looking in your local 'Autotrader' or Agricultural type paper? We get a local hire firm to come out and empty them.

I bought one off ebay last year and hten bought a tent made specifically for them from a camping shop. The tent is free standing so sits in our barn, but also has guy ropes for when we want to put it outdoors sometimes (for parties).
Why not look up some camping shops? They cost from about £50

we just use a stable, behind the stable, behind the muck heap, behind the lorry .........mind you I got a shock when I went round the back of the lorry and squated on a stinging nettle
