Yep! All is happy again here. Lots of tail wagging and Tojo has left his bed for the first time properly since Monday.

I hope I have found a nice pup. You never really know unless you are a real expert (which i am not) but mum and dad were lovely (Mum not as lovely as Hooch obviously but less faults and fab temperament!) Dad was gorgeous and i could have brought him home! A bigger version of Hooch. A big cuddly bear!

Puppy is now curled up asleep in the lounge but has met the fishpond and the mirror already!

House training to start tomorrow.

Emma! An apricot bitch like Hoochie.

Too tired to sort piccies tonight. She wont replace Hooch but life goes on and she will be her own person and develop her own character. My concern was to pick Trojan up again.

It is good to see him animated again!

Just got to keep pup a bit quiet so have a crate for her.

Trojan is a bit puzzled lol! But he is now at my feet again! Plus he was keen to go out today! Maybe to escape the "thing"!

Puppy has learnt the word "No" already! LOL!

She gave me a "look" this morning and it was so like Hooch!

Will post pics once I can get into my photobucket account. I have forgotten the password.

That's great news - was so hard when I had my Murphy PTS 2 years ago and worse for the best friend he left behind. Everyone thought I was crazy to get a puppy 2 days later but it was the right decision for Caffrey (his friend) and I.
Pup fitted in right away and turned Caffrey from a sad old man to a little seal again, even though he doesn't look particularly impressed with his new bed mate here!

Sounds like your 2 are off to a good start anyway - hope Emma eases your pain and gives you lots of smiles

Thanks. I did feel a bit heartless but I had to think of my other dog. Probably didnt ask all the questions I should have asked because it was so soon. But the people were real mastiff lovers and really knew their stuff, came well recommended and were really nice people. I didnt feel they were just trying to make a quick buck.
