Tonight we hacked alone!

Sorry for the totally selfish happy thread, but tonight I overcame a massive hurdle and hacked out alone on my horse.

I am just so chuffed.

He felt a little unsure, but didn't put a hoof wrong. We had a lovely long trot up a hill in the forest. We were out for half an hour.

I am so pleased and so proud of my lad.

This must be catching - I did my first solo hack on Saturday - again, perfectly behaved horse - it really is a great feeling - planning the next one now!!
