Too much salt??

I have been giving my horse free access to one of these big pinky hymalayan salt licks.
Since she's been in over night which has been about a week she has been licking it quite alot, hers is about 1/4 gone in a week and they claim to last 6 months! I'm just wondering whether she may be consuming too much salt? Is that even possible?

I'd keep an eye on her but basically she should pee out any salt she doesn't require so should be fine. I've found that some horses seem obsessed with the things when first given them but the novelty seems to wear off after a week or two.
