Over the hill and far awa
And she was a total superstar! 
This is a completely self indulgent post, but please forgive me
She hasn't travelled much with us (in fact only twice in six years), but loaded in the hired box like she did it every week.
We travelled for about two hours and got there in time to enter the vetran class, which she won! Got a lovely keepsake trophy and a red frilly
We had to hang around for a long time for her ridden class and she got a bit bored, but managed to hold it together (ish)
Then took her in the riding horse class and she came second out of seven I nearly fell off with shock, mind you she had done some rather good canter extensions down the long side (she did think about extending all the way round the arena 
) I had already nearly fallen off from exhaustion, she is much fitter than I am.
She loaded like a pro to come home and is now out in the field chilling with her friends.
I have to say many many thanks to Pearlsasinger (my big sis) who groomed for me, fetched me cups of coffee and was the co-pilot of the hired box
The only downside is we forgot to take the camera, but will be buying pics from the website as soon as they are available
