Tooth root or sinus problems?

Anybody had experience with tooth root or sinus problems?
My vets coming Tuesday to xray my TB’s face due to a recent swelling on the bridge of his nose (about 2 inch below his eye on right hand side of his face) we weren’t sure if he’d banged himself but its not reducing a looking a little larger if anything …
Vet’s seen a picture and thinks it could be a tooth root – he said if he can treat he can do but if its more serious then he’ll have to be operated on …
He’s insured but only up to £1000 per claim. The initial xray is £75 so not too bad but worried it will run into ££££££’s
I’ve experienced most things but nothing like this before … the lump appeared literally overnight, there isn’t any discharge or smelly breath … and if anything he’s perkier than ever and eating ‘like a horse’ !
Just hope its nothing sinus related … very worried for him

Has he had anti-biotics to see if it will settle down, one of mine had a swelling on his lower jaw, thought to be possible root infection, a longer than usual course of anti-biotics resolved the problem completely.

Vet isnt coming until Tuesday so hopefully will know more then. We thought it may have been a bump as he isnt the sharpest knife so wanted to see if it'd go down ... it doesnt hurt him, lets you touch it, etc very strange if you couldnt see the bump, I'd have even said Ive never seen him so good

If it does not hurt you may be lucky and it is not infected, mine was very sore and would not let you touch it, bruising on bone can take a long while to go down so it may just be a knock, fingers crossed for you.
