Really pleased with PE. Ordered a rug yesterday morning and it has just arrived on my doorstep

This is only the second time I have ordered from them and their customer service is excellent. Always been really pleased with their products too.

So, I thought they deserved some praise... round of applause Premier Equine.. well done

I bought the Buster Trio in the sale. Paid one day and it arrived the next - excellent service. However...... wish I'd gone a size up. I bought the 6'9 and now he's worn it (or part of it) I feel it's a bit small. Gutted as obviously too late now to send back. Thinking of trying to order the 7' and putting the 6'9 on ebay. I was wondering whether to put it on as a whole rug, or to sell the bits separately. What do you think?

I am so disappointed, popped onto their website this morning, put a 6'6 in the basket then got waylaid with work - grr! By the time I got back to it all 6'6 and 6'3 trios HAD GONE! Am pleased though that they are good, just have to wait til next sale.

I ordered my first PE rug the other week, the 200X on half price offer and am delighted with it, it is perfect and excellent quality.

My Trio took 2 weeks to come which was unfortunate as she could really have done with it during the cold weather.

Like you CeeBee, I wish I'd got the next size up, but I can live with it.

I really wanted a 6'3 but they were sold out so will have to wait until next sale.

Maybe depends on type of horse I ordered 6'6 and fit warmblood mare perfectly.Will definitely buy one again.
OP mine took 8 days to arrive but put it down to lots of orders as was a good deal

I used to sing their praises but not now. My last two orders they have taken the money & after a fortnight they phpone me to say they haven't got any left in the size I wanted & then offer a totally different size

Their stock control is a joke & their customer service, which used to be fantastic, is very poor now. They have been a victim of their own success & it's about time they improved their stock control so they didn't offer for sale what they didn't have & would not be replacing for about 8 months!
