I ordered some things a couple of days ago.

Got an email today, saying that they were out of stock of one item.

I won't go into the ins and outs of the email, but suffice to say, they were so apologetic. Couldn't have been more so, and they put their money where their mouth is :D :D :D

So, once again, brilliant customer service from Equestrian Clearance :D :D :D
 
I have never in all the time I have used them, had a problem with delivery or out of stock items.
I did order a pair of gloves once, and got two seperate gloves of different brands (god knows how that happened!) but when I emailed them, they said send them back and they would send the new ones in the meantime. They also refunded the postage for sending the gloves back.
Was very pleased!
 
Used them loads for a number of years and never ever had any cause for complaint. One of the good guys! :D
 
Yes they're great - I ordered some stuff once and they phoned me to say they didnt' have it in stock and asked me if I wanted to substitute it for something else similar which I did - they didn't charge me any more,but sent me something which should have been far more expensive than what I ordered in the first place!
 
They are fab.

I splashed out on a lot for my old pony, got the items quickly.
Unfortunately he passed away a week or so later, they allowed me to return everything with no problems, despite the fact I had opened all the packaging to look at them all when they were delivered.

Very efficient.
 
They are amazing, I ordered a gorgeous coat last week from there for 27 quid. It came next day. Same coat is 68 quid in my local tack shop lol
 
On their Facebook page, they regularly have their deal of the day. I ordered my daughter a show shirt from one and it arrived two days later. Very impressed

Ordered a show jacket and shirt as the Monday before a show Bubs decided that it would be a good to try it on! She'd ruddy well grown.
Never expected the goods to arrive by the day of the show but they turned up on the Thursday! Cue on happy camper in a proper fitting jacket!
 
Brilliant company. Ive never had a problem. Also if you need to know anything about an item they are selling, if you contact them, they get back to you almost straight away.
 
I too have had excellent service when ordering, even when I inadvertently ordered a pair of childrens gloves and needed them replaced with big 'uns. I think you can always tell how good a company is by how they sort out mistakes
 
Have nothing but praise for this company. Cannot remember all the items I have had from them over the years, but most recent purchase, a Bates saddle with free gullet set, arrived a couple of days later, all intact, in perfect condition and well wrapped.

I was sort of dreading it arriving, you know getting home and finding a card on the mat saying they had tried to deliver it but there was nobody there so you have to either rearrange delivery or pick it up from a depot miles away.

However I had an e-mail from EC saying the order had been despatched with a link to their courier's website where you could track the parcel. I know a lot of couriers do this but in this case they gave you a time of delivery (I was between 10.30 and 11.30) which enabled me to be there to receive parcel.

I told the courier how much I appreciated the estimated delivery time and he said a lot of people said the same, so I would like to thank EC for using a courier with not only an excellent easy to use website but also one where you have a delivery time.
 
I too have ordered things over the years and they have been brilliant especially when I have ordered the wrong size and got sent a new one that arrived a few days later :)

They've been really good in the past especially when I returned some boots.

I ordered a few things on the 16th and rung on Monday to check the status (my order wouldn't show online). The woman said it would arrive the next day (yesterday) but Ive still received nothing :(
 
Another satisfied customer here - they are always quick to reply to queries & their processing time of getting orders out & shipped is really impressive!

Always happy to order from them & recommend them to people!
 
I've ordered a lot of stuff over the past few years. I've always recieved my order in a few days and have always got my complete order. They are great and I'm always happy to reconmend them if any one is looking for horse gear.

I think they're brilliant - one of the very few equestrian companies who don't surcharge for Highlands delivery, which means they get more of my business than anyone else. (Prequestrian are good as well - it's a little bit extra but nothing ridiculous).

One of the few I've never had a problem with, they've always been quick, reliable and have the best prices around
 
Well I am going to go against the flow here, I just have to complain about EC: you go on to buy just one little thing, and end up spending FAR too much, as it's all there, everything you could ever want (not need), and at such a good price too, it just falls in to your basket, and before you know it you have spend at least 500% more than you intended when you logged on.:D:D

No, thats just budget buying as you save on the P&P!!

another thumbs up for EC. I have had problems before, i.e non delivery and when I got onto them, they were quick to check it out, come back and sort out the issue. You don't know how good a company is till they have a problem to sort out and they have consistently offered good service to both myself and friends (whom I recommended to use this site)

Only ever had one item out of stock and called me the very next morning (placed order after office hours) to arrange a suitable alternative with me.

I think they say allow ten days before calling, but maybe worth giving them a call?
