Top spec - cereal free???

Hi, I might be missing something (and this is in no way at all a bashing), but how can top spec claim their ulcer cubes are cereal free when it contains oat by product and wheatfeed?

Honestly curious… does because is the by product mean it’s no longer considered cereal?
Anyone know?

I had a google and did not see the claim cereal free, but "cereal-grain-free". which I suppose is technically true
