left a post in lounge re panic attack in ifor trailer ive always fed my 9yr old cob on topspec this time of year to start auterm hunting no problem he do's get stiff hocks so i phoned topspec and the suggested i try him on senior no problems so far so then I thought i'd let my 12yr cob have some well it blew his brain to the point of the disaster in the trailer(ifor post in lounge) i'm taking them both of this and ringing top spec today to see if I can have a refund of £40 now people are telling me that blue chip has had the same reaction any comments greatly received .

I can't see why Top Spec would give you a refund, there's no proof the balancer was the problem & it was your choice to feed it.

I've had great results with TopSpec although not tried the senior. However Blue Chip definately fizzed up one of my girls so I took all 3 off it

My horse reacted very badly to the Top Spec balancer, and I rang Top Spec and told them. They said that 'they had not heard of any other horse reacting like that'. My horse became extremely nervous and spooky within a week of starting using it.
I actually gave away the balancer, but Top Spec did send me a free tub of their Comprehensive supplement, which I fed to my horse with no ill effects.
I should say that within a week of taking him off the balancer, he was back to his usual self!

I have been told that it's the high levels of amino acids (lysene, methionine) in the balancer that can effect some horses. But I am not an expert. I only know what happened to me.
