"Totally-tack" a thank you

We are all quick enough to criticise when we get bad service, so this is a big thumbs up for good service.

I phoned Totally Tack yesterday afternoon for an item I need quickly. Arranged to have it sent registered post and expected it on Monday. Its arrived this morning. First time I've used this saddlery, and I'm on the other side of the country.

i totally agree, the people who work there are lovely and very welcoming even if 'just looking'.

never had any problems with anything i have brought.
