My sharer has just let me know that Beau just been getting his tounge over his bit - even with the drop done up. So she has ridden him in the normal noseband and the loose ring bit.
I don't mind that bit. But he has never tried that with me, and was a saint on Thursday in our lesson. He mouths the bit a lot though - which TBH I prefer as I've always been told its good.
I am wondering if he has munched something that has hurt his mouth as there is about on 40% grass in the field, adn he already has a big cut on his face from the field - a few have cuts so we think they are trying to get at the grass outside or into the storage container that is in there.
