well after ashleighs BSJA debut last week (fell off
and pretty much rode like a complete novice!!) i was beginning to wonder if we had done the right thing affiliating otto..he stuck to his plan and was a complete muppet in the BN deciding that he would stop at 2 fences (hes NEVER stopped before) no reason to stop,the fences were not scary ,just him being bloody minded i think! anyway got themselves eliminated. que moaning from daughter for next half hour..the usual ,why cant i just get a double clear blah blah blah...
the 90cm amateur champs class was the next class up...ash finally found her voice ,she goes mute when shes riding, and they jumped a lovely double clear ,with some suttle voice encouragement and much better riding ,coming 7th out of a field of 40 ....and i had a peaceful journey home!!!
ash was jumping a lot better than she did last week as the pics show..
