I don't know but there was a rumour about a year or so ago that the site was going to have lots of houses built on it.

From Easter (2010) allegedly, they are not running any of their own shows BUT they will still run for hires (riding clubs, etc.) - (source: area 40 committee meeting last week.)

Last year when i was there, someone helping there, they were toning down, and just going to do dressage, thats all i'd ever heard about it though/
