Towing car hire in Beds/Herts?

As in title. Would like to take my horse to a few shows soon but haven't got the right car for towing.

May be just as easy to hire a box? That way you can sell your trailer (if you have one) to make the funds? In 2008 I hired a Landrover discovery for £60 for the day, at least with a box hire it is made for the purpose of transporting horses and you have everything you need on board

Where was the Landrover from?

I don't own a trailer and the box is £105 on Saturdays and Sundays..
