We had a L200,it towed really well,the only thing i'd say is that it had a crap turning circle,other than that fab! We only sold it as OH needed a van.
towing whith pickup - hilux, navara, L200?

We tow with an 09 Hilux, and love it, it has an excellent turning circle, never underpowered and not bad on fuel consumption. The DCi Navara models do have a bit of a habit of blowing up I'm afraid! We also find the Navara too high geared for towing, but the Hilux was ideal.

sadly the hilux has a poor towing capacity 2250kg
and very expensive

We researched this and apparently there was a misprint on the brochure and the Hilux is rated to tow 3 tonne.

i went to see a hilux today at a toyota garage... the handbook said 2250kg... the plate on the vehicle said 2800kg?
