Towing with a Honda CRV 02 and a Bahill Pony trailer

Hi there!
Is it possible to tow one Dartmoor pony in a Bahill trailer with my CRV? I’ve been told I do not necessarily need my trailer test if the weights are right. Can anyone help me simplify what I can/cannot do? Many thanks!

A Bahill pony trailer will only be about 600kgs. Whats your cars towing limit and ponies weight?

Thanks for the reply Dexter, pony weighs about 280? I think the towing limit is 1500.
