Trailer test next week...which means my Polo will soon have to go
I've been looking a 4x4's today. Newish models 5yrs plus) due to wanting fuel efficiency and decent road tax.
I viewed Kia - sportage not big enough (felt like an estate car, wasn't even high). The Sorrento - lovely but just not in budget.
Hyundai - fell in love with new Santa Fe although again pushing my budget therefore it'd have to be the ix35 2lt CRDi model than can tow 2000kg. My only issue is it still didn't look that meaty?? But wondered if any of you towed with one?
I'd be towing an ifor 510, 920kg ish empty. Usually just travelling one horse my Connemara.
I also viewed Freelanders but really don't get a lot for my money & concerned re the cost of them.
So ix35....do we think they're up for the job?
Thank you.
