A while back I posted a thread here looking for info on a pony I have in my care. A poster suggested using the Facebook page for searching. I deliberated for months! The pony was abandoned at a yard local to me and I took her on and I didn’t want to stir anything up!
Anyway, I’m pleased to update that I did go ahead with posting an ‘info wanted’ post and within 20 minutes was in contact with a previous owner. I’m thrilled ? I feel I know my little pony a bit better, so thank you to the poster that suggested it.
It’s a very well moderated site and I can highly recommend to anyone looking for info about a horse/pony.

Glad you had such a great result. The page seems to do really well with finding horses and owners. I love the stories from there where a much missed horse is either found safe and sound or able to return home to the previous owner.
