Tracing an Irish Sports Horse - Please help

Hello,
I have an irish sports horse on loan from a woman who didnt really care.
I have her passport, but beyond her name, and basic identity number there is little information.
I would desperately like to try and find her papers or breeding information as i would like to know if i can show and breed from her. Her owner is no help so that isnt a route.
Is there anywhere on the internet, or that i can ring to try and trace her past?
She was born in Ireland.

Unfortunately her passport wasnt registered until she came to england to the Veteran horse society (i feel as she is only 10, this was just a cheap option for her owner).
There is no shire or dam information beyond a basic id number for herself and a date of birth of 1.1.1998 (once again this cant be right).

Does she have a registered name?

With my ISH he has a proper ISH passport with his registered name in it so I was able to trace his breeding and SJ winnings.
 
Yes she does have a registered name but nothing else. She has come from ireland at some point so i would like to trace her back to there. But i cannot find a website that allows you to search in Ireland.
