Wanting to trace background info on my boy on is now 6. I got him as a rising 3 yr old from Norfolk/Suffolk border he was sold to me by a lady called Ruth who then at the time was known as Casper, she said to me she took him off someones hands as he wasnt looked after and along she done her best he wasnt in the best of condition when i borougth him. He was registered but olny since she has had him and olny been passported since i've had him but is registered with the Arab horse Society but they have no background info on previous owners. I have traced the stud where he come from (Beeston Hall Stud) and very friendly with them, but between him leaving the stud at 7 months olds to Ruth when he was 2 1/2 his had 4 different owners so been pushed around a bit. So iam interested to know where he was and who owned him from what age etc etc, he left the stud as a entire Colt. His name when he left the stud was Ahab? if nothing comes of this then i'm not fussed just would be interested to know any thing on his past. thank you for reading. Denise. x I cant upload pictures but if anyone recongises names etc to email me at deniseburry@hotmail.co.uk and i can forward on pictures.

Do you have his registered AHS name?
I recommend joining the Arabian Lines forum and posting there. Could you put a picture of him here as well?

Sorry, upload your pictures to a Photobucket account then it's easy to put them here. Better than asking for people's emails to send photos to, you will get more interest and more people will see.

Sadly i cant seem to do this, oh how annoying!!! I really want to put a picture on but it wont let me!!!! x His Registered name is Beeston Ahab x

Here you go Denise, some great bloodlines there, you've got yourself a nice horse. I'm not an expert, but I think I spot some Crabbet and some Egyptian lines, plus I see a Shagy Arab, so he should be a tough little person.

I'll pm you an email address, you can send me a couple of photos and I'll post them here for you. You really need to go to Arabian Lines as well, someone there will know something I'm sure.
