Hello again :rolleyes:

I'm trying to find out information on a racehorse called Sara Sidle (USA) [Yes just like the CSI character ;) ]

Ok So;

SARA SIDLE (USA)
Grey/Roan, Mare
7/2/03 - ?

Starts : 11
Wins: 0
Places : 2
Career Earnings : $7, 850

Breeder : Nicole Zitani & Ramon Rangel
Owner : Hugh H. Robertson
State Bred: Kentucky

Sara Sidle hasn't run in race since, 26/08/07 in a Maiden Special Weight at Canterbury Park. She finished 2nd out of 9 runners and hasn't raced again.

Any idea on where to look for information on what happened to her, I'v tried Pedigree Query, At The Races, I'm waiting for my accounts to be verified on Thoroughbred Champions & Pedigree Query Forum. Anywhere else I should look?
 
Think you've covered all the places I looked for my lad. Easy to trace after that but then I owned him and had a copy of his vacc record.

I have a horrible feeling she is probably dead, or hopefully just slipped of the radar somewhere, because from her record, she wasn't a good racehorse and she would be 7 now. But I would still like to know what happened to her :)
 
as she's a mare, why don't you try searching for her as a broodmare rather than a racehorse, no idea how to do it for horses in the USA, but in the UK i use Weatherbys, so i expect there is a US version

Have you looked her up on Racing Post? You can find out who her trainer was and then contact them
 
She's a registered broodmare although there are no current foals registered...not meaning there weren't any but none has been registered with the USJC. This year she (like the two previous years) was covered by a stallion called Dynomania who stands at Lindaman Ranch in Minnesota. Might be where she is? Just had a look at her race record and you're out of date. She's ran on 3rd Sept 2007 at Canterbury Park finishing 3rd. Her total record was:

13 runs

0 wins
1 2nd
3 3rds

Total earnings: $12,500

Her last trainer was McLean Robertson running in the ownership of Hugh H Robertson. If you want to know her race record or a copy of it, you can get it through Weatherbys Bloodstock Reports website in a link with Equineline (You have to register and pay a fee for each report) but it's easy to register/use.
