Track livery wanted

If anyone knows a track livery yard within reasonable travelling of Guildford I'd be grateful if they could pass on details. It needs to have minimal grass as pony has had laminitis.
Getting quite strong vibes that my current yard owner wants to cut back on numbers and I'll be the cutting! Pony is no trouble on the track.
