Thinking I should get one for our newest addition. He is now 7 months old and although his recall is fab he is getting quite adventurous. My biggest worry is he gets ahead and loses sight of us, then panics and runs back to us, but in the wrong direction :) Anyone use a tracker, are they any good, how do they work and would they help in this type of situation. Just to add, he is running in fields with no animals and is safe as such, Im just worried he might panic if he forgets where hes left us!

We’ve just got rid of the Tracktive and got the Petrack instead. We always walk in the woods and the trees were stopping the Tracktive working. The Petrack is much better. We don’t really need it, he doesn’t go far and comes back quickly. There’s an alarm on this one so we’re training him to respond to that as a recall.

No idea where I got that name from! It’s actually a Pawfit.
