my tractor renewal is due next month and its presently with the NFU. I am expecting it to have gone up massively so am looking for an alternative insurer. It is a vintage tractor. Can anyone help?

Where are you? We use Cornish Mutual but I'm not sure how nationwide they go.

Mine's with NFU and it went up a bit but I queried it and they reduced it again. I did shop around but they were all much of a muchness really so I stayed with NFU.

I have 3 Classics Roadless 75 County 1124 & Mf 178 4WT Conversion insured with the NFU and My Classic Unimog which is insured for Contracting as I use it to tow my tractors and a mates to Shows and Rallies No real increase in Rate and you get what you pay for with the NFU. I personally have no Problems with them.

so did i recently and they knocked £100 off the renewal as I got a better quotation. Annoys the hell out of me if they just gave a fair price then I wouldnt once a year have to get cross..........! NFU kept my business.

Our 2 Fergies are £70 for the two as vintage with NFU Mutual. Only just had renewal and not up much from last year
