Traffic cops 2019 trailer accident

Just wondered if the horse trailer accident on tonight's traffic cops were anybody here.

The horses were amazingly chilled despite the trailer accident, and then some twat rubber necking and hitting the car in front, all while the cops dealing with the trailer and horses.

Who ever you are so glad horses were ok and they were real stars.

here you go recorded from my phone from TV. Who ever has these horse, have really chilled out horses, well done horses and owners glad all are safe and sound. My trailer accident scared me enough not to tow again.

Thanks for posting the link to the video. Very calm horses. Unbelievable that other motorists are either so switched off or so in a rush that they try to drive past the police officer while it's blindingly obvious that he's walking across both carriageways in front of their eyes to pick up debris, likewise the red car trying to overtake the police car earlier when the police were shepherding the trailer to a layby.

That was interesting and terrifying in equal measures. Those horses were so calm - well done to those with them. So glad they were fine. I did snigger at the white Audi though. What a numpty.

I found it scary when I broke down in rush-hour one morning (not towing, thankfully, I was commuting). Broke down at traffic lights coming off the dual carriageway, had to stay in car on police instruction as nowhere to stand safely, so they got a protective vehicle for me. All support was fantastic, but the 10 mins till the truck arrived was very scary. Four different cars nearly ploughed into me. The guys in the bright yellow protection truck (with a huge blue arrow on the back) said they’ve had some close calls. People really don’t pay attention!

Couple of years ago, I passed an overturned trailer on the A34 on the opposite carriageway . Horse was being led up the embankment and looked fine, but I was so shocked with the what ifs... I sobbed for the next 20 minutes!
