Traffic light system for dog foods

Sorry to be a pain but can someone point me in the direction for the link to the traffic light dog foods page. The one which divides wet and dry foods into red, amber, green. I have just converted a couple of friends onto raw, and some one else they know is saying it is far better to feed a vet complete feed such as royal canin. i know thats total rubbish, but the web site would make interesting reading
