If you are having problems with people using trial bikes on bridleways then contact the local access department of your county council. If you can get the registration number than even better. Public rights of way are part of the highway system so the police are obliged to take action. Report incident at a police station and ask for an incident number to ensure it is recorded on their system.
 
People just have no idea how to drive around horses. It goes from one extreme to another.

The mare I ride is good in traffic. The ones that actually do get to her, are the people who do slow down, and just crawl behind you rev'ving there engine in first gear. I signal at them to come past but they just stay there behind us. Also had people coming the opposite way stop, turn of their engine, and then start the ignition the second we have stepped past them, which spooks the horse. Just go past with enough room at a sensible speed!
