Did anyone see this last night?
They were following a scent over a distance of 10 miles, lots of steep hills/climbs and at the finish line, were encouraged back to their owners by them shaking a bucket of what ever reward they gave the hound.
This was a combo of chicken, pasta, veg and tea (the drink).
Thing is, they literally got stuck into it the second they finished, no recovery time and wolfed it down whilst still heaving from the exersion.
I *thought* you should have a hourish clear from feeding to exercising, similar to with a horse to prevent bloat or intestinal problems.
Any thoughts?
They were fab hounds though
