Trailblazer Show Jumping Report.........

At last I got out to do something and so can write a little report.
Went off to do Trailblazer SJ on Saturday, horse had not done a single thing all week as have no school lights

, so just did the 75cms. Well fun and games started before we had even got on the lorry, Zara thought she was going hunting instead of show jumping, got her knickers in a right twist

, anyway arrived at Vale View in more than plenty of time, got her out and warmed up rather sharp, spooking at nothing really, popped a cross pole and she p*** off with me round the warm up, great start, anyway went in and did a rather nice clear round, little on the fast side but nice. So she was rearing to go for the jump off and peformed some really nice turned, but unfortunately we took out the first part of the double, my fault decided to take a pull and completely missed my stride

, but girlie was great and we came 6th. Really please with her and too say she hadn't done much all week. Thats all folks, bought a couple of pictures so will post them soon in the gallary. Oh and it was really nice to see KatB...

Thanks Honey, but no this one isn't hunting at the moment, but might take Spur and Millie will be going hopefully after Christmas, so need a nice calming partner for her......How you fixed...

Huge, you did really well to stay on, was very impressed with you........ Yes I can imagine it is frustrating, the horse can do it, but just wants to be pig headed.......

Taking Zara to the XC/SJ thingy on the 17th and then might take Spur to do the CR and 75cms, but that just depends how she goes over the next three weeks or so..... Not a fan of fillers.......... if not her then will bring Zara over to do the 85 and 95...........How about you....

Cool, least with the CR they are good about taking poles down and stuff to get them liking fillers! And once they have been round there once, they are normally fine...

Not sure, Goddy wont be out again till the new year...

That is good then, think she will find it all abit exciting bless her..........Took her out hacking yesterday and found some logs to pop over, bless her she had to lead the other two over then and thought it was great, although she did jump one about 4ft above it......

Look forward to seeing him...... I'm sure you will be asked to ride something........
